Pet Friends of Duplin County and Wallace Parks and Recreation are sponsoring a fun day with pets at Clement Park in Wallace. There will be a pet costume contest at 11 am, a pet trick contest at 1 pm,a reading corner, free pet photos, Paw prints, games, food trucks, and dog demonstrations at 1015, 12:15, & 2:15,. Bring your pet and have fun.

All animals must be on leash.

Animals that react (anxiety, old, new adoption, hard of hearing or blind) must wear a yellow ribbon on their leash - you can pick one up at the Pet Day.

Pets entering the pet costume and/or pet trick contest must be registered, either before or the day of. See Parks and Rec for registration forms or contact Kebby Schweinsberg at 910-747-0518. Pet owners may wear a costume as well. And the pet may demonstrate any commands or tricks they know. Prizes will be awarded.
